If I want music in my video, do I send you my favorite songs?

During your consultation, we’ll discuss the overall tone, emotion, and ambiance you envision for your project. You’re welcome to share sample songs or videos that reflect your desired vibe.

From there, our team will curate three professionally licensed, copyright-safe music options tailored specifically to your vision. This ensures your final film can be shared seamlessly across social media platforms without licensing restrictions or copyright concerns.

What is a promo video? Do I need one?

Our 30–90 second promotional and highlight films are designed to capture the energy, emotion, and defining moments of your event or brand story.

Whether you’re promoting an upcoming launch, recapping a milestone, or preserving a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, these films are crafted with intention and visual precision. Perfect for social media distribution or personal keepsakes, they serve as timeless, high-impact storytelling pieces.

Ideal for weddings, brand activations, corporate interviews, special events, and more, each film is thoughtfully tailored to elevate your narrative and leave a lasting impression.

How many revisions do I receive?

Your package includes two rounds of revisions. Any additional revision rounds will be billed at $30 per round, depending on the scope of the requested changes.

Please note that music changes are $50 per revision, as the edit is typically structured around the pacing and tempo of the originally selected track(s), requiring a significant rework of the timeline.

What is your payment and deposit policy?

Clients on a monthly retainer or recurring contract are invoiced via direct deposit on the 1st of each month.

For one-time productions, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining 50% balance is due 48 hours before production begins and will be invoiced accordingly.

What’s the turnaround time for a project typically?

Turnaround times vary depending on the scope and complexity of your project. Whether it’s a 60-second social media video or full-day (8+ hour) event coverage, our standard delivery window ranges from 7–21 business days.

An additional 5 business days should be anticipated for revision rounds.

What photography services do you offer?
