Before Erycka joined Duke University, the flagship social channels had an established audience with an opportunity to further increase engagement through more platform-native content and storytelling.

As part of Duke's flagship social team, Erycka helped grow audience engagement by developing a social-first content strategy centered on Instagram and YouTube. The approach prioritized short-form video, authentic campus storytelling, student collaborations, and timely content tailored to each platform. In addition to strengthening Duke's primary social channels, she also contributed to content that supported Pinterest, TikTok, the university website, and podcast platforms.

During her time on the team, Duke's flagship social channels grew by more than 25,000 followers across platforms while increasing audience interaction through content designed to encourage shares, saves, comments, and meaningful engagement.
