Producer + Production Management
Erycka
Anderson.
Turning creative ideas into executable productions, from discovery and pre-production through crew, logistics, production, post and delivery.
Selected Brands + Productions
Experience spans production, camera, branded content and creative partnerships.
The finished work is only part of the story.
Selected projects supported through production management, including client discovery, pre-production coordination, travel logistics and cross-functional production support.
Why Lencore
Helped move the project from production requirements toward execution through pre-production coordination, communication and logistical support. The role centered on making sure the production team had what it needed before arriving on set.
District C: The Teamship Experience
Supported pre-production and production logistics, helping coordinate the details required to move the project from planning toward execution while working across the teams involved in the production process.
Behind every frame
A finished film is what you see. Production is everything it took to get there.
My approach to production lives between the creative idea and the hundreds of decisions required to make it executable. It means understanding the ask, anticipating needs, coordinating people and logistics, and helping the work move successfully toward delivery.
From “what are we making?” to “we made it.”
Production management means understanding how each decision affects the next, from the first conversation through production and post.

Production
beyond
the set.
Client Discovery
Participated in discovery conversations to understand project objectives, anticipated production requirements, deliverables and the amount of time teams would need on location.
Pre-Production
Worked cross-functionally with Project Management and Client Success to translate production needs into actionable logistics before crews arrived on set.
Travel + Accommodations
Coordinated flights, lodging and travel timing based on production schedules, shoot duration and established project parameters.
Production Coordination
Helped keep information moving between the teams responsible for client communication, project management and production execution.
Post-Production Support
Brought hands-on editing knowledge to the production process and could provide limited backup editorial support when existing post-production capacity was constrained.
I understand production from the plan to the set.
Production management is stronger when you understand what crews actually experience in the field. My background includes hands-on camera, field production and multimedia experience alongside the operational side of production.
Netflix
Inside the Mind of a Dog
Supported camera operations as part of the production team for Netflix's Inside the Mind of a Dog. The experience added another layer to my understanding of production by working directly within the camera department and seeing firsthand how planning, communication and logistics affect the crew once production is underway.
Building
the Bench.
Production scales when the right people are already within reach. At 9Miles, I implemented a contractor recruitment initiative designed to expand the available freelance production talent pipeline.
The Need
Create a stronger pipeline of freelance production talent that could support changing project needs.
The Initiative
Implemented a contractor talent recruitment program to expand access to production professionals.
The Value
A more intentional bench gives production teams greater flexibility when staffing future projects.
Production needs people before production needs them.
Building the Bench reflects how I think about production operations: anticipating future needs, creating stronger systems around talent and helping make production more prepared before the next project begins.
Creative work needs operational clarity.
The details may live behind the scenes, but they directly affect what happens in front of the camera.
Discovery
Understanding the client's ask, project needs, deliverables and production expectations before logistics are put into motion.
Travel
Coordinating flights, lodging and arrival and departure timing around production schedules.
Crew
Supporting access to the right production talent and helping create a stronger freelance pipeline.
Communication
Helping information move between client-facing, project management and production teams.
Production Timing
Using project requirements and discovery conversations to help determine the time teams would need on location.
Per Diem Planning
Accounting for per diem needs within provided budget parameters as part of production travel planning.
A producer who understands post.
Production decisions don't stop when the camera does.
My background includes hands-on video editing experience, giving me a practical understanding of how decisions made during pre-production and on set affect post-production. At 9Miles, that technical fluency also allowed me to provide occasional backup editorial support when existing editing capacity was constrained.
Producing across stories, brands and environments.
Additional experience spans institutional storytelling, documentary-style production, branded content and independent production through TXV Studios.
Multimedia Production
Story development, pre-production, interviews, field production and post-production across institutional priorities and human-centered stories.
Independent Production
Client communication, crew coordination, production planning and creative execution across selected commercial and event productions.
Operational thinking. Creative fluency.
Production management supported by hands-on knowledge of camera, editing, social storytelling and the realities of executing creative work.
Let's make the idea executable.
